In 2019, for the first time in the history of KAMAX, the Corporate Strategy & Development (CS&D) department introduced the annual ‘Strategic Review’ event. The reason behind that is to update the strategy on an ongoing basis. The latest Strategic Review was held in the first half of 2021. As a result, all strategic initiatives were updated to the time horizon of 2025. An adjusted version of the Strategy House will be presented to everyone in the 4th quarter of 2021.
