Case Studies

Each year, we offer students the opportunity to participate in discipline-specific case studies. We cooperate with several European universities in this regard. Within the framework of practice-oriented tasks from our enterprise, students have the opportunity of contributing their skills and knowledge. For example, several student groups from engineering sciences investigated the quality aspects of steel in recent years. Then we invited the groups with the best results to KAMAX, so that they could present their results and later discuss them with the experts from the Research & Development and Quality Management organizations. Students at several KAMAX locations have the opportunity to participate in such case studies. "With the case studies, it is the task of the participants to find creative and innovative solutions for our production processes. We observe them during their brainstorming, provide feedback on their efforts and results and exchange contact data.", explains Barbara Víznerová, KAMAX Recruiter in the Czech Republic, with regard to the reciprocal advantages of the projects with the university students.
