M&A - 'Mergers & Acquisitions', a possible way to achieve our vision of 'Back to the Top' and thus expand our core business and focus on the automotive industry with other business areas. Examples of this are the majority shareholdings in the Robert Schröder Group and most recently in the Spanish coating expert Galol S.A.

Within the process, different departments at KAMAX work in close exchange to identify suitable companies. It is a continuous observation of what is happening in the market and then matching it with the future direction defined in the strategic planning. KAMAX has set out in its strategy to expand its field of activity to other areas in addition to its core business (the automotive industry).

The Robert Schröder Group manufactures precision parts inside and outside the automotive industry and complements them in new areas and applications, especially in the important markets of e-bikes and e-drives. The further processing of cold formed parts by machining, grinding, routing and assembly is the specialty of the RS Group. In addition, RS Group has capacity and knowledge in the cold forming of non-bolt products (NBP), which is an important step for a successful future according to our strategy.

The coating expert Galol S.A. in Spain not only coats metal parts for the mobility industry, but also products for renewable energies (e.g. wind power). This is another step on the way to expanding the KAMAX product portfolio.
