This is a hybrid position responsible for coordinating support for assigned customer accounts along with supporting the entire sales organization in marketing and event functions.
- Complete contract review and initiate launch process for new parts
- Maintain and update price lists for assigned customers
- Manage assigned customer portal activity including orders and other communication
- Coordinate sales activities between the operations and sales team
- Work with the sales teams to identify and coordinate trade show and tech day activities
- Work with the sales teams to organize customer events (golf, concerts, football, other)
- Work with the sales team to develop and order promotional items
Additional Responsibilities:
- Interaction with customers as well as other departments
- Backs up order entry, as required
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Profile
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or similar is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with a positive attitude and ability to build relationships
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
