Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of improvement and equipment installation projects in a manufacturing environment
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements and track project costs in order to meet budget
- Develop and manage a project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates to company management about progress, budget status and necessary adjustments
- Maintain contact with suppliers by communicating expected deliverables and tracking their progress toward those deliverables.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- This position will report to the Industrial Engineering manager
Váš profil
Requirements:
- Bachelor´s Degree in engineering, science, quality or similar discipline
- Experience in project management systems and in the automotive or similar industry
- Experience in manufacturing processes
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Technical/mechanical skills and ability to read engineering drawings
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software.
- Proficient in use of computer and common office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
